VEGGIE PENNE WITH CHEESE

INGREDIENTS
TO COOK PASTA:
1 cup macaroni pasta, any shape
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
water as required to boil
TO PREPARE MACARONI PASTA:
2 tsp olive oil / any cooking oil
1 tsp cumin seeds/ zeera
2 cloves garlic / lasun, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ onion, cubed
1 tomato, cubed
5 florets broccoli
½ carrot, finely chopped
½ capsicum, cubed
½ tsp kashmiri red chili powder
salt to taste
2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tsp cheddar cheese, grated /1 cheese slice
few spring onion greens, finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
firstly, heat a large kadai with oil and saute garlic.
furthermore add in onions ,zeera and ginger garlic paste and saute well.
additionally, add in tomatoes and saute till they turn soft and mushy.
now add vegetables of your choice.
saute for 2 minutes or till vegetables are half cooked.
now add in ½ tsp chili powder and salt to taste.
saute on low flame till the spices gets cooked well.
additionally, add in 2-3 tbsp tomato sauce and ½ tsp crushed pepper. give a good mix.
furthermore, add cooked macaroni.
mix gently, coating the masala sauce well.
Add cheese slice/cheddar cheese mix and cover with lid for 1- 2 mnt let the cheese melt.
finally, serve veg macaroni garnished with cilantro for your breakfast.
