
Methi Bajias/Pakoras
1 cup besan/gram flour
1/2 cup self raising
1 medium potato cut small pieces
1 onion chopped finely
Salt to taste
1/2 tbs coriander seeds crushed lighly
1/4 tsp ajwain
1/4 tsp Hing (asafoetida)
1tsp green chilli paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 egg
Small bunch chopped methi leaves.
Sift besan and self raising flour..
Add rest of ingredients.Mix..
Add enough water to make a thick batter.
Heat oil add spoonful of batter to the oil and fry until golden and crisp. ..
